The Okahu and Orakei boardrooms, seating 12 and 14 guests are located on the second floor at opposite ends of the Main Function room.

Looking over Okahu Bay and Orakei Marina respectively, both rooms come with hi-speed wifi, LED screen with HDMI connection, white board and in-room tea, coffee and water facilities.

Catering to these rooms is exclusively provided by Akarana Eatery. Working lunches, morning and/or afternoon tea can be ordered in advance.

Boardrooms are available for $100 + GST per hour (min 3 hours), or $700 + GST per day (8 hours) and are available seven days a week, between 7am and 10pm.

Larger conferences of between 25 and 120 guests can book the main function room, which can be set up u-shape, classroom, cabaret or theatre style, with break out space for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

The Main function room comes with a large projector / screen and wireless mics with sound system for conference presentations. The boardrooms can also be booked alongside the main function room for additional break out space.
